Hi, my name is Joseph Spinella. Thank you for visiting my website.

I was born in Sydney, Australia and at an early age took oil painting lessons from Joan Alderson. I graduated from University with a Bachelor of Industrial design and moved to Italy to get married in 2004.

While in Italy I kept at my oil painting, capturing scenery and buildings from my surroundings. I returned to Australia in 2006 to work at Aldax Moulds. For the next three years this exciting job occupied most of my creative time and energy and it was only when I recently had the opportunity to become part time and work from home that I had the chance to start painting again.

This time I decided to concentrate on a topic I am particularly fond of. Trams.
